Barry Fahrer sent me this stunning photo of a shrine in Kathmandu, Nepal. I don’t know if it’s Hindu or Buddhist. And I tend to agree with Hafez that it doesn’t matter.

They look like Tibetan butter lamps. So my guess is Buddhist.
